On February 9, UNIAN information agency hosted a press-conference during which 620 winners of the Public Access Contest Round 3 were unveiled. These libraries have undergone selection process and will be equipped by the fall 2012. The press-conference speakers included: director of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine department Mykhaylo Shved, director of Bibliomist Matej Novak, president of the Ukrainian Library Association Iryna Shevchenko, general Manager of Microsoft Ukraine Dmytro Shymkiv and Executive director of International Renaissance Foundation in Ukraine Yevhen Bystrytskyi.
