Good afternoon.
I found all topics useful. I wish we allotted more time to Thu’s topic. This forum introduced us to interesting ideas of our colleagues from abroad and revealed their views. I will use this material for discussion with colleagues in my library. The vision of inevitability of changes and mastering any innovations is very interesting one. I imagined a leader 100 per cent oriented on changes.
I plan to hear thoughts about and see reaction of my colleagues on materials provided by Helene. I’ll be building my plans based on my team’s feedback. I thank my colleagues for their time and great thoughts, special thanks to Mrs. Helene.

I’d like to join my colleagues and tell that the International Library Leadership and Innovation Forum was very interesting and useful to me. The chosen discussion topics are relevant for the innovative development of library sector. That’s why it enriched us with new ideas and new vision that would enable libraries to fully open their potential.
I also think very high of the usefulness of discussion topics: A+ for every one!
And to support Helen’s idea that “… all these topics are united with one simple principle – the constant change” I’ll quote Heraclitus: “The only constant thing is change”.
I’m deeply grateful to forum moderator Ms. Helen and to all participants for the opportunity to communicate in such a way. Wishing luck and prosperity to all!

Greetings, dear colleagues!
The week of interesting and meaningful communication is over and we exchanged thoughts on most pressing problems of library activities.
International forum and its topics were very useful. The world’s changing and so do libraries and communities. Libraries “catch” changes in their usefulness for community in a perfect way, and they therefore exist and will exist forever striving to be not only useful but indispensable for community. I fully agree with Helene, change is constant.

All topics suggested in the forum were interesting and useful. I was most interested in “Libraries and Deeply Local” discussion. After participation in the forum I can say my knowledge, information and experience became more structured, I’ve also added some new insights to my “deeply local” concept understanding. So, we’re planning to address this topic in our work.
